Summer Weekend

Posted by admin

This past weekend was a very busy one. Lizzie had her 5 year high school reunion. We got to see Justin and Dani for the first time since they got married in January. We also had Lizzie’s graduation party for Minnesota State University Moorhead. We also celebrated Beki’s 25th birthday at Applebee’s with the entire Stark family all in one spot. It was quite the weekend. We are very glad that it is over but now we get to move our apartment from Fargo, ND to Menomonie, WI in two weeks.

This was our fun weekend together. We got to spend a few nights living on the land by backpacking through Voyageurs. We canoed around are islands. It rained a bit but we still had a fun. Very relaxing with no phones, people just the land and the two of us. Enjoy the photos!

2-Year Anniversary

Posted by admin

We celebrated our 2 year wedding anniversary this past week. We decided to spend a quiet night out together by going out to an amazing restaurant and going to a movie afterwards. Speak Easy was the restaurant we chose to go to and it had a special from there 1971 menu. It was a top sirloin steak for $6.50 with a soup or salad. It was amazing. The following day we went to a RedHawks baseball game and enjoyed the rain while watching the game. Our last event will to celebrate is we are going backpacking at Voyagers National Park as a gift to each other. We are both enjoying each other and being married. We are excited for what the future entitles us to and to the new chapter in our life. Thank you to everyone that has helped us get where we are today.

4th of July — 2007

This year, Lizzie’s work devoted some time to put flags in the ground for MSUM. Each flag was devoted to someone that had served in the military since the Spanish-American War until now. There were over 14,000 flags to be put in the ground. Feel free to look through the photos. It really puts a understanding on the fallen solider.
